How to Book an Appointment

To book your appointment, simply choose the option that best suits your needs from the following:

  • Gamechanger: A premium haircut service designed for clients aged 17 and older. This service is ideal for anyone looking to elevate their style with precision cuts and tailored finishes.
  • Big Chop: For clients ready for a fresh start. This service is for those looking to cut off shoulder-length hair or longer, or to remove locks. It includes a wash and condition to leave your hair looking and feeling its best.
  • 17 and Under: Hair services specifically for clients between the ages of 8 and 17. Whether it’s a classic cut or a trendy style, I offer age-appropriate services for younger clients.
  • After Hours: For those who prefer to book their appointment after 8 PM or outside of regular business hours. Ideal for clients with busy schedules who need a haircut during off-peak times.

Once you’ve chosen what works best for you, choose a time from what’s available. Next, you will receive an email confirming your choices. This is not an appointment confirmation. Once your appointment has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Some options take longer than others so if your appointment is not approved, you will be contacted with other time options.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected situations arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, to ensure that we can serve all of our clients effectively, we ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
  2. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment)
    If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen, but we kindly ask that you respect this policy to help us maintain fairness for all clients.
  3. No-Show Policy
    If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Additionally, this will be recorded as a “No Show” on your account. Repeated no-shows may result in your ability to book future appointments being restricted or declined.
  4. Implications for Future Appointments
    Our priority is to serve clients who respect their scheduled appointments. If you are marked as a “No Show,” you may no longer be eligible for future appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with a history of no-shows, as this disrupts our ability to serve other clients. In some cases, we may require a prepayment or deposit for any future bookings, or decline further appointments altogether.
